The Best Keto Crispy Donuts

Keto donuts (or doughnuts) were something I’ve always wanted to try to create a recipe for. I found

creating this recipe quite complicated due to the nature of the different mixtures of ingredients,

textures and the balance of trying to keep it sugar-free, ketogenic and slightly healthy at the same

time.

These keto donuts are a guilt free treat, but I probably wouldn’t eat food like this all the time on a

ketogenic diet. The best way to lose weight whilst following a keto diet is to keep things simple.

All You Need Are Two Ingredients

To make cheater doughnuts at home, all you need is a tube of prepared biscuit dough and oil to fry it

in. That’s it. Yes, you read that correctly — biscuit doughnuts!

One little can of biscuits contains a world of delicious doughnut possibilities. You can fry the biscuits
whole and fill them with jelly, custard, or pastry cream, or you can go the traditional route and stamp
out rings. Whichever way you go, the dough is easy to work with and it just takes one minute of
frying time before you’re eating hot-out-of-the-oil doughnuts.
