Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave
them for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and combined when stirred.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder and Swerve sweetener.
Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, and knead it well with your hands until all of
the dry ingredients have been incorporated into the cheese mixture. This will take some time to do.
Place the eggs into the mixing bowl with the cheese mixture, and blend on high until combined well.
Put the dough into the freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to become stiffer.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 12 even balls. Place the balls in a well greased pie
pan or other baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
