Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl combine crust ingredients and mix well. Spread out into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
Using a spoon or measuring cup press crust firmly and evenly into the bottom of the dish. Bake for
15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While crust is cooling make the filling.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer blend cream cheese until smooth. Add other ingredients and
blend until smooth and fluffy. It should resemble a thick whipped cream.
In a small saucepan combine blueberries, sweetener and water. Simmer for 15 minutes until
blueberries cook down and sauce thickens
Pour over cooled crust and smooth out evenly. Pour cooled blueberry sauce over cheesecake,
cover and refrigerate over night.
